Register

PropertyInc allows you to register as either a user or an advertiser, if you are looking for properties for sale, rental properties, holidays or vacations and wish to receive information on a regular basis then register as a user, if you have a property for sale, rental property or a holiday property you wish to promote then register as an advertiser. Please see below for a detailed description of the services each type of registration includes.

Registering as a user with us you will allow the following services to be available to you.

1. Properties or Holidays by Email: You will receive 1 email per day which will contain a list of properties or holidays that match your criteria. This is an auto matching system based upon the details you enter on the registration form. You have the option to change these settings in your account when you have registered.
2. Live Property or Holiday RSS Feeds: You can also subscribe to our live RSS feeds, you can subscribe by Island or Holiday Sale or Property Rental as well as subscribing to the latest 250 holidays or properties posted on our website.
3. Property and Holiday Basket: The property and holiday basket automatically runs daily searches for you that match your criteria and stores the results in your property or holiday basket. You can view the details when you login to your account. This service means that you do not have to search the site or sign up to email alerts, the basket does this for you.
4. Property and Holiday Enquiry Statistics: This allows you to manage and monitor the number of properties or holidays and the companies that you have requested details about.

Our registered advertisers receive the following services:

1. Holiday or Property Adverts with Attachments: Upload your properties or holidays and attach supporting images and google map location.
2. Holiday or Property Email Alerts: Your property adverts are mailed directly to new and existing property and holiday seekers that match your property criteria.
3. Holiday or Property RSS Alerts: Your property adverts are automatically uploaded to our live RSS feed.
4. Holiday and Property Management: Easy to use service that allows you to monitor and edit your holidays or properties being advertised.
5. Response Management: Monitor your property applications and email applications.
6. Online Payments: We also accept online payments via PayPal or Bank\Credit\Debit Card.
