You can upload detailed accommodation, holiday property descriptions and images, property availability, website link (if required),
Google Map or Google Satellite map of the exact location or surrounding areas. Your details will appear instantly on our website so
people can find them when searching our online portfolio and they are also sent out via email to our extensive database of registered
holiday and accommodation seekers. Your details are also uploaded to our live RSS holiday feeds and registered users property baskets.
How will interested Accommodation or Holiday Seekers contact me?
Easy, they will contact you by telephone or email, this depends on the information on your advert.
How do I know how many people have viewed my advert?
Registered Advertisers have the ability to monitor enquiries and view online statistics in their Property Inc advertiser user menu.

Please Note: The packages on this rate card do not have to be used within a certain time period, each advert will remain live on the site
for 6 or 12 months. So if you purchase 5 credits and only need to use 1 immediately the remaining 4 adverts are still assigned to your account
to use in the future EG in 1 year, 2 years, 5 years etc.

I want to advertise and proceed with one of the packages above, what next?
In order to advertise and upload your accommodation, holiday (s) you will need to register with us as an advertiser, registered advertisers
can view and purchase packages online in their Property Inc advertisers menu. You can choose to make payment via our secure Pay Pal centre
where you can purchase via Credit\Bank Card or Pay Pal if you have an existing Pay Pal account. Or you can select to buy by invoice, on receipt
of your payment your account will be activated and your adverts can be uploaded. Invoice payment can be made by cheque or bacs transfer.
Property Inc Payment Terms: Invoice by email or post, Online Payments also accepted via Credit Card/Bank Card or Pay Pal.
If you have read the details above and want to list your accommodation or holidays but do not have the time to do so please forward the
information to us and one of the Property Inc account managers will create your account and upload property details, images etc for you.
We do not charge for this service and hope it demonstrates the commitment we have to our customers and the level of customer service you
receive when entering in to an advertising agreement with the Property Inc Group.
